Chameleon was planned for Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, but probably for time issues, remains unfinished and hidden in the ROM. To access him, use the following Pro Action Replay code:
- 7E36D019 + 7E52C819
He has Rain's lifebar, but Scorpion's combos. He has no special moves or fatalities.
